Shipping policy

Orders are processed and shipped from the United States.

 

Processing time: orders are prepared within 2 to 5 business days. Release orders may take longer and any additional time will be stated on the product page.

 

Shipping: we ship within the United States via USPS and UPS. Shipping cost and estimated delivery are shown at checkout. We do not currently ship internationally.

 

Tracking: a tracking number is emailed when your order ships. Please allow 24 hours for tracking to update.

 

Delays: carrier delays, weather and incorrect addresses are outside our control. If a package is marked delivered but you have not received it, contact us within 7 days and we will help you open a carrier claim.

 

Address accuracy: please check your shipping address at checkout. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address will be reshipped at your cost.
